Building Address



On this first page - “Building Address” - type in the building address and the superintendent information.

The information contained on this screen is used by Rent Magic to automatically populate the various address fields on all the legal forms served to tenants.


There is also a tabbed section at the bottom which contains more information on the building
Tab NameDescription
Notes, DocumentsThis lists all notes and documents you have attached to the building. To edit an existing document, double click it. To delete an existing document, right click it, and select delete. To add a note about the building for your own information, click on the Add button. In the Document window that appears, type in your note. See Word Processor for more information.
AttachmentsYou can store documents and attach any type of file to the building here, such as pictures, blueprints, mortgage papers. To edit an existing attachment, double click it. To delete an existing attachment, right click it, and select delete. To add attachments, click on the Add button. Each attachment can contain any number of files. See Attachment Editor for more information.
Work Orders/TasksThis tab lists all open work orders and tasks for the building. To see details on an item, double click it. See the Summary screen for more information.
AppliancesThis tab lists all appliances installed in the building. To see details on an appliance, double click it. See Appliances for more information.
PaymentsThis tab lists all payments (disbursements) assigned to this building. To view a payment, double click it. See Payments for more information.
