Monthly Tasks
See Tenant Management for a complete list of all functions relating to tenants.We recommend the following schedule. We recommend to spread out your tasks over the course of the month so you don't feel a crunch at the end of the month.
| Day of month | Function | Description |
| 1st-3rd | Monthly Payments | Input, in batch mode, tenant rent payments |
| 3rd-4th | Late Payment or N4 Notices | When tenants have not paid rent, it is important to send them notice as soon as possible to speed up rent collection. |
| Various | NSF Charges | If any cheques come in that are NSF, you must tell the system about them. |
| Middle of the month | Increase Notices | According to the LTB, you must send a notice of a rent increase at least three months in advance to the tenant. |
| Middle of the month | Apply New Rents | For all tenants whose rent who were sent rent increase notices, you must tell the system to actually increase their rent the month before. |
| At the end of the month (28th) | Monthly Charges | Charge all tenants their monthly charges. This will also perform any future move in and move outs as required. |
