Getting Started

This tells you what to do if you are just starting out with Rent Magic.

Building Management

This includes everything related to your buildings, independent of tenants, including information about units, parking spaces, the manager, and any special features that require custom charges.

Tenant Management

This includes everything related to tenants, including tenant information, charging and collecting rent, moving tenants in and out, sending forms, etc.

Accounting

This has documentation for the Accounting subsystem.

3rd Party Management

With its low cost of entry, 3rd Party Management is a great way to profit from real estate. Rent Magic's ManageUDA is a great tool to help you manage the properties and report to your clients and Owners. Along with 3rd Party management comes with it questions on how to properly post information to keep track of so many Owners, their expenses and their reporting requirements.
